Dynamic Global Foundation is a non-profit organization working for social welfare and community development. Donations and contributions received are generally utilized for charitable and developmental activities. 2. Donations As donations are voluntary contributions made to support charitable causes: • Donations are generally non-refundable. • Donors are requested to carefully verify donation details before making payment. • Once a donation is successfully processed, refund requests may not be entertained except in exceptional circumstances. 3. Eligible Refund Cases Refunds may be considered in the following situations: • Duplicate payment made by mistake. • Incorrect amount charged due to technical error. • Unauthorized transaction reported by the donor. • Payment processed multiple times for the same donation. 4. Refund Request Procedure To request a refund, the donor must submit: • Full Name • Donation Receipt Number • Date of Transaction • Transaction Reference Number • Reason for Refund Request The request should be submitted within 7 days of the transaction. 5. Refund Approval Refund requests will be reviewed by the Foundation. Approval shall be at the sole discretion of the Foundation after verification of transaction records. 6. Processing Time Approved refunds may take 7–15 working days to reflect in the donor's original payment method, depending on banking and payment gateway processes. 7. Membership, Registration and Training Fees If any membership, registration, workshop, seminar, or training fee is collected: • Fees once paid are generally non-refundable. • Refunds may be considered only if the event is cancelled by the Foundation. • Administrative charges, if any, may be deducted before processing refunds. 8.
